Helen and Ian's wedding at the Belle Epoque, Knutsford
Helen and Nick’s wedding was at the wonderful Belle Epoque, a gorgeous wedding venue in Knutsford.
We've always wanted to work there and Helen and Nick's wedding was definitely our perfect introduction to this impressive location!
The Belle Epoque had beautiful flowers in the ceremony room, and pretty fabric flowers on the dining tables and Helen’s mum had made the beautiful floral decoration for the ceremony table using flowers from her garden.
All weddings are very personal to the couple and each has its own own vibe. In this case, we felt Helen and Nick and their guests definitely brought a very individual sprinkle of ‘Manchester cool’ to the big day. Helen’s beautiful vintage dress and amazing shoes were perfectly offset by her quirky bouquet of paper comic strip print flowers. The whole day was a a chilled, happy, fun occasion which we loved being part of.
Helen: “We were both nervous to start with and Nick felt I had kept him waiting (which is not uncommon!). But when we walked into the room and saw all our friends and family smiling and waiting for us, we both just felt loved and happy. It was difficult to be in the moment as the whole thing just felt surreal, and the day went by so fast. We have some beautiful memories, gifts, and photographs to remember our special day.”
