Like we once said before, “Happiness is the secret behind all beauty”, which is probably why I love some of these images so much! The day started with Chris getting ready at the beautiful Gwernan Hotel in Dolgellau and immediately we knew it was going to be a good day! the boys were in high spirit once they figured out the art behind doing up a cravate was simply doing a full ( AKA double) Windsor knot! (PS: Read here for the history of it, kinda interesting!)

We then went to the bride’s parent’s house where the bride was also beaming with joy in her gorgeous dress! The flowers I thought were also gorgeous and so fitting for a spring wedding! The ceremony was held at the beautiful Capel Judah in Dolgellau and we must thank the Vicar for the fantastic welcome we had. We always work in respect of the sacred nature of the event and are thankful they trusted us to capture Chris and Alaw’s wedding in their chapel.

The festivities carried on in Criccieth at the Bron Eifion Country House hotel, a place we know well for our weddings there and I even stayed a whole week myself, when we did their interior photography! Clearly Everyone knew this was THE wedding to attend as even Sir Cliff Richards made an appearance! (sorta!) Anyways! Hope these images bring smiles to your faces as they do mine! and Chris, Alaw, can’t wait for our meal at the Spice of Llanberis when I deliver your wedding album!
