Si and Jude’s Wedding in Portmeirion
Celynnen Photography were recently given the pleasure of photographing Jude and Si’s wedding at Hercules Hall in Portmeirion, a quaint tourist village in Gwynedd, North Wales. They are a lovely couple and it was a great day!
Si, formerly from the parachute regiment, kept calm and collected as he prepared for his wedding. His suit was from Debenhams. Debenhams also sell wedding dresses and shoes, outfits for page boys, ushers and bridesmaids, and their wedding stationary is worth a look too!
Every detail about the wedding was perfect, including these lovely thoughtful thank you bags for those that were involved in the wedding!
The flower girls looked adorable in their dresses. If you are looking for similar dresses, Jude and Si got these from John Lewis, which offer great choice for both adult and children occasion dresses.
Jude looked stunning as she walked down the aisle, arm in arm with her proud father.
The ring giving and first kiss are such great moments to capture. The ceremony was a great occasion (and an emotional one at that!)
The couple bought the flowers from Lili Wen, a florist based in Porthmadog which delivers flowers for a variety of occasions throughout North Wales and surrounding areas. The owner has over thirty two years of experience, and it is clear she does a good job!
Jude’s gorgeous dress was from a bridal dress shop called Wedding Belles in Anglesey. Her dress was from the Blue by Enzoani range, and it is called Giona. Wedding Belles also sells bridesmaid’s dresses, as well as accessories, shoes and wedding boxes.
Her wedding shoes were from Crystal Bridal Accessories. The shoes she chose were ivory with a three inch heel, and are called Strawberry from the Pink Paradox collection. They have a round toe, pleated detail, a vintage style brooch and basically they are just gorgeous!
This pretty much sums up the emotion of the day! It was a very happy time for the couple and their friends and family.
The smiles and laughter didn’t stop after the ceremony, as the group enjoyed a cheers and a sip of champagne over speeches.
The venue provided lots of lovely little spots like this. I love this photo!
Finally, the day finished with Judith and Si happily enjoying their first dance together as a married couple. They are such a lovely pair and we thoroughly enjoyed being at their wedding!
