We were thrilled to photograph the wedding of Mair & Ross, we had previously done the pre wedding shoot on the beach at Llandonna which produced some great pics!

Mair & Ross got married at St John the Evangelist Church in Rhydymwyn a village in Flintshire.  The reception was at Soughton Hall and as we are a preferred supplier we were well aware of the potential this venue has.  The wedding was on a beautiful, sunny Spring day with the blossom new on the trees and the flowers and gardens looked fantastic.

The couple had been leant a red Ford Model T from a very generous family friend that took them to the reception from the church, the vintage car was a treat for any car enthusiast and actually led the traffic in to the hall, down the long drive.

Soughton Hall is in Northop near Mold in North Wales, it is a picturesque venue with stunning gardens that bloom all year round.

Mair wore a beautiful dress by Sincerity which was from Brides of Chester and the flowers were done by Sionedd Edwards who was so full of ideas and creative, she was a great addition to the wedding.  Ross was tailored at Village Tailors and the rest of the suits in the wedding party came from Trefor Jones Menswear in Ruthin.  Debbie Ogden was responsible for the hair & make up for Mair and her bridesmaids.

There were many touching moments from this wedding but notably was when the Father of the Bride saw his daughter wearing her wedding dress for the first time, I don’t think there was a dry eye.

During the reception Simon Brown, The Singing Piano Man sang and magician Andy Lochran wowed guests with magic tricks.
