2017 was a very special wedding photography season for Celynnen Photography! We were voted Best Wedding Photographer in the North West, a prize handed to us by Fuji at the BIPP North West Annual Awards, we celebrated our 10th Anniverssary as a wedding photographer in the North West and North Wales and to top it off, we had loads of really lovely weddings we'd been looking forward to! One of them was Stef and Rob's wedding at Iscoyd Park, a beautiful wedding venue not very far from us in Wrexham.

I first met Rob when he was a player for the North Wales Crusaders for who I used to do photography for. I've always had good fun with the players and the fans were so lovely, so anytime I can link up again, I'll take the opportunity. It was made even more special with the fact that another Celynnen Photography couple, Owain and Sara who's wedding at the Grosvenor Pulford we shot in 2013!

Iscoyd Park is by far one of my favourite wedding venues in Wrexham. The beautiful house is set in a gorgeous setting and has beautiful rooms and accomodations, making it a perfect wedding venue for you and your guests!

The wedding itself was perfect. We had great weather which always helps and Stef had the most amazing Bridesmaids, with special mentions to her sister Charlotte for doing Rob's hair on the day as well as performing the funniest little song during the speeches (I can still see her swaying about in my head), she looked amazing in her Decorum Bride wedding dress and Rob was so emotional, it was actually quite moving. One we'll remember for a while! Anyways! Less from me, this is what Stef said about the whole day:

"When I woke up (at 4:30am!) and saw the sun rising I knew it was going to be an amazing day and despite all the nerves, a last minute suit change and a loop on my dress breaking, it was from start to finish! We had the most magical day with weather you could only wish for, at the venue of our dreams surrounded by our closest friends and family. We both married our best friend and it was so so special that we will never forget a minute of it! This being said, if it weren’t for the beautiful pictures that Ioan took then there are many moments that Rob & I would never have seen or known about. Having them to look back on means we will always remember how much of a happy day it was for us and everyone who we were lucky enough to have there."
